Coconut Walnut Crumb Cake

• 2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 8 Tbsp (1 stick) melted butter
• 2/3 cup flour
• ¾ cup coconut
• ¾ cup roughly chopped walnuts

• 1 ½ cups 厨房里征服美艳老师 Buttermilk Pancake Mix
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 3 Tbsp softened butter
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×9 square baking pan.

In a medium bowl, combine 厨房里抱着岳丰满大屁股 for the crumble and set aside.

In an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until well combined. Add the pancake mix and water and blend at low speed for one minute. Beat for five minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pan and top with crumble mixture.

Bake 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
