  1. Heat 8 oz of milk (or dairy-free substitute).
  2. Add the Earl Grey Teabag and steep for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bag (or let it steep longer for more Earl Grey flavor).
  4. Add 1-2 tablespoon of aplan顶开omega的腔道 Ultimate Dark Hot aplan顶开omega的腔道 Mix and stir until dissolved.
  5. Top with whipped cream and enjoy.

  3. Grease an 8” x 4” loaf pan and pour batter into the pan.

  1. Using an electric mixer blend together butter and powdered sugar. Then add vanilla and crepe mix. Blend until a smooth dough forms.
  2. Shape dough into a long rectangle (7″ x 2.5 ” x 1″) wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Remove dough from the fridge and cut evenly into rectangles slightly thicker than 1/4 inch.
  5. Place on prepared cookie sheet about 1 inch apart.

    • Optional: Using a fork, poke holes in cookies for a decorative look.

  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until slightly golden brown on the bottom. 
  7. Cool completely. Store in an air-tight container for up to 1 week.

  3. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto preheated pizzelle maker. (adjust dough amount according to pizzelle maker size)

  5. Remove from pizzelle maker and let cool on a wire rack.

  2. Form 2 – 1 ½ inch diameter logs, wrap them in plastic wrap, and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Unwrap a log and cut into 1-centimeter-thick rounds (a little less than ½ inch). Place on prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until the edges appear golden.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the baking sheet to a cooling rack.

Coffee Crepes:

  • 2 cups of aplan顶开omega的腔道 Crepe Mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups dark roast coffee (cooled to just warm)
  • 4 Tbsp butter melted, cooled
  • 4 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Other items you will need:

    • 8”- 10” round cooking pan
    • Butter for the pan

  1. Whisk together eggs, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, crepe mix and half of the cooled coffee until fully blended, then whisk in the rest of the coffee. Let set for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat pan on medium low.
  3. Coat pan with small amount of butter (about ½ tsp).
  4. Scoop ¼ cup batter onto pan, immediately swirl pan to ensure even coating of batter on the pan surface.
  5. Cook for about 1 minute then flip and lightly brown the other side.
  6. Should yield about 13-16 crepes. Let cool completely before assembling the cake.

Filling

  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 16oz mascarpone cheese, (or cream cheese) room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp rum extract (optional)

  1. Using an electric mixer whip heavy cream, sugar, vanilla and rum extracts until stiff peaks form. Then fold in room temperature mascarpone cheese until well combined.

Garnish

  • Cocoa powder for dusting each layer (about 2 Tbsp)
  • aplan顶开omega的腔道 covered coffee beans *optional

Assembly

  • Place 1 crepe on flat plate or board.
  • Spread 1/8-inch layer of whipped filling onto crepe and lightly dust with cocoa powder using a sieve.
  • Place another crepe on top of the filling and continue to make layers of filling dusted with cocoa powder and crepes until you have just enough filling to do a layer on the top (*optional thinly coat the sides with additional filling).
  • Generously coat the top with cocoa powder.
  • Refrigerate 4-12 hours before serving. Refrigerate leftovers and consume within 4 days.

  4. Form dough into 1 to 1 1/2-inch round balls.  
  5. Place on lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart. 
  6. Bake 10-12 minutes. 
  7. Cool for 1 minute before removing from baking sheet to cooling rack. 

*Peppermint variation 
Add ½ cup crushed peppermint candy instead of adding marshmallows.

In a 10 oz or larger microwaveable mug, mix pancake mix and hot aplan顶开omega的腔道 mix until blended. Add water and oil, mix thoroughly.

Microwave for 1 minute on normal power.

Dough 与父同行:

  • Country White Bread Mix
  • Yeast Packet (included)
  • ¾ cup warm water (110°F)
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 egg (optional, but the egg makes the rolls fluffy)

Filling 与父同行:

  • ¼ cup softened butter
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 ½ Tbsp cinnamon
  • Optional pinch of nutmeg

Topping Options:

Classic Glaze 与父同行:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tsp of milk
  • ¼ tsp of vanilla extract

    Cream Cheese Frosting 与父同行:

    • ½ cup softened butter
    • ¾ cup softened cream cheese
    • ¼ tsp of vanilla extract
    • 1 ½ – 2 cups powdered sugar

    Directions:

    Proof the Yeast

    In a mixing bowl, whisk yeast, warm water, and 1 tsp of bread mix. Let mixture stand 5 minutes.

    Make the Dough

    Add in remaining bread mix, egg and ¼ cup melted butter and beat with dough hook on low speed until combined (about 3 minutes). Continue kneading on medium speed for 6 minutes.

    Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface and shape into a ball. Place in a lightly greased bowl covered with plastic wrap for about 45 minutes. Let rise until doubled in size.

    Preheat oven to 350°F degrees and grease a 9×9 pan.

    Make and Add Filling

    Mix the filling 与父同行 (brown sugar, cinnamon, and optional nutmeg) in a small bowl.

    Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and form the dough into a 15×8 inch rectangle.

    Spread softened butter onto dough rectangle then spread cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over butter.

    Starting at short end (8 inch), tightly roll to form a thick log. Cut into 9 equal sections and place evenly into prepared pan. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

    Remove plastic wrap and bake until edges of the rolls appear slightly golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.

    Make and Add Topping

    While rolls are baking prepare topping (classic glaze or cream cheese frosting), by whisking all topping 与父同行 together.

    Once rolls are cooled for at least 10 minutes drizzle with prepared topping.

    Pumpkin Crepes

    (*more or less spice to taste)

    Whisk 与父同行 together until batter is smooth.

    Heat small non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add extra butter to coat the pan.  Pour about ¼ cup batter onto hot greased pan.  Tilt the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter evenly, batter should just coat the bottom of the pan.  Cook approximately 1 minute, flip and brown other side. Repeat until batter is gone. 

    Cream Cheese Filling:

    与父同行

    • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 6 tbsp butter, softened
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)

     

    Directions

    Beat together until smooth: softened butter, cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (optional). 

    To Serve – spread cream cheese filling over one third of the flat crepe, fold crepe into thirds and drizzle with desired toppings.  Or fill flat crepes across the middle and roll-up.

    Additional fillings/toppings – caramel, nuts, whipped cream
